  • Used Tested "Fender" preamp tubes

    I have some tubes that I'm recycling for a friend:

    This batch includes three Fender labeled 12AX7's and one Fender labeled 12AT7.

    They have been tested in a Hickok tube tester and in a VJr.

    I've got what I call a "Voxy-flavored" V3 pcb with tone pot:
    Tone mods:
    R1 moved
    C1 0.0022uf Mallory 150
    C2 0.022 M. 150
    R6 and R7 100k
    ~300pf bright cap on R6
    Marshall 18W Trem. style tone control w/ push-pull "gain"
    R15 6.8K
    Circuit fixes:
    120 ohm sag resistor on rectifier
    1K R10 HV rail
    2.2K R12
    270 ohm R14 with "jedi cap and electro. piggy-backed"

    Pulled from a new amp and modded for "fun" it's been tested and is virtually unused.
