Good news for US tax payers... the forums are now incorporated as a California non-profit public benefit company. We are in the process of filing the forms necessary to become tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Once this is approved, donations by US tax payers may be fully tax deductible. This will cover all donations made in 2011. We will update the information here with all the necessary details.
